My new tenant Miss Patel from the first day started to bend
She is not professional crook but she tries her best until the end
She sat on the worktop: made it a bottom-shaped dent
This is just starting of tenancy, only heaven knows the end
She moved into the flat by talking with the estate agent too smart.
Estate agent told me “She is a professional lady, she doesn’t do fart-
Into your little compact but still a nice studio flat”
Her excuse was for moving from where she was living before
In that street, she saw two happy mousses far from her door.
It was her reason; I believed the estate agent and her,
But within three days, she broke a few things.
She said that 'the microwave, WC, cooker and shower are not working’
Since she moved in, somehow many things went wrong
Before she moved in everything was working
It seems she is an expert at making things wrong
Even a musical landlord wouldn’t like to sing her a cheerful song.
As she is a muscle hassle with all her aggressive parts
But at present she is using her bigmouth as a cheating rat.
She said 'make sure all broken things soon must start to working
Otherwise, we are wise; we will go to a good restaurant for eating
Make sure you are waiting for us with money to pay the bills
A good landlord must have bills paying skill as a good will
Anyway this small flat not good for chapatti cooking
Without happy, happy chapatti in here what are we doing?’
This flat might be okay at the end of the day just for sleeping
Don’t treat us like forty tardy, tarty over-matured birds
I don’t mind if we are slim or fat, we are not a second hand mart
We like sitting in a good restaurant and looking smart
Chatting a bit with quality men who hold the diamond card.
As my mother said to you, we are only two women
As you can see, mother and me, we are not trained for cleaning
If we do decide to clean, we only clean the landlord by fleecing
Therefore, what else can I say, but defiantly we will win
Didn’t you realise that we are dirt and sins proof two lovely women,
We are good for demanding make sure you are ready for giving
You are really lucky to meet us; therefore you should do for us everything
